Your Bespoke Holiday Cocktails

2020 has been a strange year - bars, tasting rooms, and breweries are closed during a time where we all feel like we need them most. So this holiday season we’re bringing the joy directly to you instead. We’ve partnered with Mulholland Distilling to bring you cocktail recipes that are simple to make at home and sure to add some cheer back into our quarantined lives.

Embrace playing bartender and have fun creating these bespoke recipes at home, with alcohol blends straight from Mulholland’s distillery. Serve each drink with fresh farmers market produce and create the perfect pairing with speciality products from the Collective. Time to really celebrate the holidays.

Nocino Old Fashioned

• .5 oz Forthave Nocino
• 2 oz Mulholland Whiskey
• Garnish with Cherries

Our twist on this classic is unique in that both the sweetening and bittering agents are found in the Nocino. Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice, stir lightly and pour over a large cube. Add cherries and you’re golden!

Hanky Panky

• 1.5 oz Mulholland Gin
• 1.5 oz Carpano Sweet Vermouth
• .25 oz Fernet Branca
• Garnish with Orange Swath

The Hanky Panky is an old world classic cocktail, this time featuring a split base of both gin and sweet vermouth. The Fernet Branca adds complexity and an herbaceous depth, making this the perfect drink for any holiday celebration! Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice, stir about 15 seconds and pour into a coup. Garnish with an orange swath, expressing the oils.

Blood Orange Spritz

• 1oz Mulholland Vodka
• 1oz Blood Orange Amaro
• .5 oz Campari
• Top With Topo Chico

This one is light, refreshing and a little lower ABV than the other two cocktails, making this great for brunch or day drinking! This spritz doesn’t require any tools as it is built in the glass. Add vodka, blood orange amaro, and Campari to your glass, then ice and top with soda water. Make her pretty with your garnish of choice and enjoy!
