The brainchild of Tartine co-founders Chad Robertson and Elisabeth Prueitt, in collaboration with James Beard award-winning chef Chris Bianco, The Manufactory’s 44,000 sq ft marketplace and restaurant concepts promise something for everyone in your foodie circle.

Explore Tartine Bianco, an all-day casual affair that boasts a selection of Danish smørrebrods (open-faced sandwiches) made from locally sourced ingredients. Or if you’re looking for something more intimate, there’s the Alameda Supper Club, a dinner-only experience lovingly curated by Bianco and Robertson, whose yet-to-be-divulged menu is eagerly awaited by Angelenos and global visitors alike. *Tartine Bianco is currently open for dinner only.

And of course there’s The Coffee Lab, the Specialty Coffee Association’s first educational coffee campus in the country. The Coffee Lab, in collaboration with Califia Farms – the milk-alternative company, serves up drinkable, life-giving science by the piping hot cupful, along with its multitude of workshops, guest roasters and giftable one-of-a-kind blends.

Beneath The Coffee Lab lies The Roastery, a 6,000 sq ft sleeping giant whose glass windows reveal the roasting process behind 3 million pounds of beans a year as the in-house roaster for Tartine’s marriage of Califia Farms and the Coffee Manufactory. The Roastery is Califia’s new flagship location where they will create their famous cold brew and other popular buzzy beverages.

Finally, there’s The Manufactory’s mecca for mouth-watering eats made on-site, The Market. With a range of sandwiches, gourmet salads, charcuterie, cheeses, and pickle bar to boot, you can always pop by for a bite, pantry staples, or even a bottle of wine to go (curated by Tartine’s Taylor Parsons). Or maybe you just want an excuse to ogle Tartine Bakery’s “visual showcase,” and take home a fresh loaf of bread or one of Tartine’s famous pastries. We say, go on. Live your best life.
