Real, Authentic, Genuine Design

Featuring the FASHIONPHILE Team

5.26.2022

There is a creative office community at ROW that is just as burgeoning as the collective of small businesses and shops that we house. This is because we push the boundaries between work and play, and in doing so, we’re able to redefine what the “workplace means” thanks to a collaborative culture that emphasizes community, creativity and ingenuity. Not to mention we offer retail access, food access, and free gym access, along with a shuttle that goes to and from Union Station to ensure work travel is as easy as possible.

You’ll be in good company as well with neighbors that include Adidas, Miro, Garrett Leight and WC + A, along with other creative-run production companies, advertising firms and sustainable retailers, like Fashionphile, the office space we’re highlighting today. Inspired by the textures and patterns seen in fashion houses and the labels they carry, this communal office interior is expertly thought out and curated to be both functional and artistic. A standing art table allows teammates to doodle, tear off paper, brainstorm, etc., while playful furniture enhances the client experience; they can come in and be confident when going with the right company to resell their luxury items.

LA fluid plaster treatment on the back walls adds depth to the room in a non-traditional way, while drapery within the space adds a layer of softness that inspires comfort in a working environment. But that’s not all. There are fun, poppy elements as well.

A  “Used is the New New'' neon sign highlights the space, while Hermés scarves decorate the walls. Gucci wallpaper adds a touch of boldness, while industrial chic lighting by the eponymous Kelly Wearstler lights the space. Last but certainly not least, antique rugs smatter the floors, artistically highlighting the ethos of the brand: resell, reuse, while intrinsically and intentionally clashing with the cement floors.

This beautiful interior was done by Nicole Davis Interiors, who we just featured on our blog. We’ll be featuring more creative offices within the ROW community throughout the year so stay tuned!
