Billie Eilish

Spring has sprung at ROW DTLA in the form of a buzzy album launch with Billie Eilish, and a fresh Spring Market celebrating what the locals love about LA.
Billie Eilish is all the feels. And so was the celebration of her long-awaited debut album, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?, presented by Spotify at The Stalls at Skylight ROW DTLA. Billie didn’t just perform her new tracks for attendees; instead they lived them.
Playing to a host of celebrities and artists including Heidi Klum, Tove Lo, Bhad Bhabie, Jessie Reyez, Ethan Cutkosky, and Nina Nesbitt, Billie’s album came alive #IRL as an experiential complex of 14 different rooms each cultivated from a track, and culminating in an authentic, holistic story of scorched teen earth and the hopes inherent to it.Oh, and did we mention it was her mom’s birthday? Not only did Billie thank fans as the album dropped at 9pm on Spotify; she presented her biggest, original fan (yes, Mom) with a birthday cake.
Making the moment all that much sweeter, fans were able to come and experience the When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? album project throughout the remainder of the weekend.

This past Saturday, ROW DTLA, Winston House and Local LA kicked off the season with Spring Market, a free experience bringing together the best of LA’s independent fashion labels, music, art, eats and more, all with a fem forward nod to Women’s History Month.
At Dock Street, Angelenos and their families arrived to discover an IG worthy welcome of fresh flowers provided by Lavender Poppy Florals. From here, it was off to discover everything Spring Market vendors had to offer. Labels such as Bitchin’ Cross-Stitchin’, Cannelita jewelry, Apothecanna skincare, Tiny Bandit and Shagbagg made sure no one went home without the perfect gift, while brands like Girl Gang, Harper Wilde, Tulz and The Giving Keys helped attendees do good with every purchase.
Visitors also enjoyed thirst-quenching giveaways from Health-Ade Kombucha and Yerba Matte, treats from the Candy Coach and the CoolHaus truck, and at the center of it all, uplifting talks with female entrepreneurs presented by Refinery29 in Hawkins New York’s “outdoor living room.”
We know. If that’s Spring at ROW DTLA, just imagine how bright Summer looks.
