For its fifth annual Lunar New Year series, Kato—ROW DTLA’s omakase Taiwanese restaurant—will be collaborating with guest chefs David Castro Hussong and Maribel Aldaco Silva from Fauna in Valle de Guadalupe, one of Latin America’s World’s 50 Best Restaurants, from February 17 to 19.

The collaboration will feature a multi-course tasting menu created by both teams, with wine or alcohol-free pairings curated by Kato’s beverage program. The experience is priced at $495 per person.
