For one day Kato opens the doors to their Michelin Star Wine cellar. Ryan Bailey, Partner and Sommelier, will pull out rare, old, and even allocated wines for retail purchase so you are ready for the holidays. In addition to wine, the team will be selling vintage plateware, wine glasses, insane spirit bottles, a batch cocktail, a few limited clothing collaboration pieces, and some pantry goods from the kitchen. .
