Join KATO’s 5th annual Lunar New Year series!

Spanning over the Chinese New Year, this Lunar New Year series is a time for reflection on everything KATO's community has overcome in the past year and a moment to celebrate/manifest all the joy, prosperity, and well being for the year ahead.

KATO has invited chefs David Castro Hussong, Maribel Aldaco Silva, and their team from restaurant Fauna in the beautiful Valle de Guadalupe of Mexico. Over the past few years they have received incredible recognition and many awards from World’s 50 Best Restaurants Latin America including; One to Watch, Highest New Entry, Best Restaurant Mexico, 5th Best Restaurant, and Best Pastry Chef.

Dinner will be a collaborative multi course menu and will include your choice of wine or alcohol free pairings from KATO’s beverage team.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to our friends at Restaurants Care, an incredible charity granting funds to displaced and in need hospitality workers.
