Coming in Fall of 2017, Tartine will open their first Los Angeles location at THE ROW DTLA. The Tartine Manufactory ecosystem will be a collaboration between James Beard Award- winning chefs Chad Robertson, Elisabeth Prueitt, & Chris Bianco, and will showcase several inter-related components, including a production bakery, market, two restaurants, coffee roasting facility (by Coffee Manufactory), & a coffee lab.
